Instructions

1.

Boil water in a pot and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, diced onions, and chopped peppers. Sauté until onions become translucent.

3.

Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.

4.

Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

5.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well combined with the sauce.

6.

Serve hot and enjoy!
