Simple Chinese Breakfast - Classic

Instructions

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and let it heat up.

Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.

Pour the beaten eggs into the hot pan.

Add 1/4 cup of chopped scallions and 1/4 cup of diced ham to the eggs.

Cook the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they are set but still moist.

7.

While the eggs are cooking, steam 2 plain Chinese buns.

8.

Serve the scrambled eggs with the steamed buns on the side.
