Quick and Healthy Turkish Breakfast

Instructions

1.

Prepare a cup of Turkish black tea to enjoy with your breakfast.

In a bowl, whisk together 4 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.

5.

Meanwhile, toast 2 slices of whole wheat bread.

6.

Flip the omelette and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.

7.

Remove the omelette from the skillet and cut into wedges.

8.

Serve the omelette with the toasted bread, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta cheese.
