Quick Chinese Stir Fry

Instructions

1.

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

2.

Add your choice of protein and stir fry until cooked through.

3.

Push the protein to one side of the wok and add vegetables. Stir fry until crisp-tender.

4.

Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the stir fry. Cook for an additional minute, until sauce thickens.

5.

Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
