Quick Protein-Packed British Breakfast

Instructions

1.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat.

2.

Add 4 slices of bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.

3.

In the same pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

4.

Add 2 large eggs and cook to your desired doneness.

5.

Meanwhile, toast 2 slices of bread.

6.

Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on each toasted slice.

7.

Place 1 slice of bacon on each slice of toast.

8.

Top with the cooked eggs.

9.

Serve with a side of baked beans and grilled tomatoes.
